In the app — takes about ten seconds

Settings → Delete account and data → Delete everything

Google asks you to confirm it is you first. Nothing is deleted if you cancel at that point.

By email — if you cannot reach the app

Email honghp95@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject DigiCard account deletion. Sending from that address is what proves the account is yours, so no other identifying information is needed — and please do not send any.

Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually within a few days.

What is deleted

Every card you have made, including any you have handed out — the link stops working and the card stops rendering for whoever is holding it.
Your contacts list and every private note in it.
Your profile: display name, photo and email address.
Your DigiCard sign-in itself.

None of this is recoverable, and none of it is retained in backups beyond Google Cloud's own rolling infrastructure retention.

What is not deleted

Messages you have already sent stay in the other person's conversation, in the same way a sent email stays in the recipient's inbox — it is their copy of an exchange they took part in. Once your profile is gone those messages carry no name, email or photo, only an account ID that no longer resolves to anyone.
